In Khassid, who you know can matter nearly as much as what you can do.

Standing & Renown is an optional campaign system for characters who build lasting relationships with guilds, merchant houses, criminal organizations, intelligence services, religious factions, and other powerful institutions.

Renown is more than a number. It reflects what an organization believes about you, what it is willing to risk on your behalf, and what it may expect from you in return.

Characters can rise through the ranks, gain access to information, contacts, protection, services, resources, and favors, or damage their standing through failure, betrayal, divided loyalties, and costly mistakes.

The system supports both Members and Associates, allowing characters to engage with organizations at different levels of commitment while still giving those relationships mechanical and narrative weight.

Spend renown to call in favors. Risk your reputation for something larger. Accept obligations that may follow you into unrelated adventures. Build influence across multiple organizations—or discover what happens when those loyalties collide.

Designed for long-term campaign play, Standing & Renown gives Game Masters a framework for turning organizations into active forces in the world and gives players a reason to care about reputation beyond a single encounter.
